[New Times] A Rwandan envoy to the United Nations has told the UN Human Rights Council that lasting peace in eastern DR Congo will require accountability, implementation of existing peace commitments and genuine cooperation, rather than attempts to shift responsibility for the conflict onto Rwanda.
