Le délai accordé par le Collectif autonome des médecins résidents algériens (Camra) au ministère de la Santé avant la reprise des gardes prend fin aujourd’hui. Jusqu’en début de soirée d’hier, aucun signal n’est venu inciter les résidents à geler la grève des gardes décidée le 29 avril dernier. «Nous attendons d’ici ce soir (hier) pour voir quelle position prendre», s’est contenté d’indiquer le porte-parole du Camra, le Dr Hamza Boutaleb, précisant que jusqu’à preuve du contraire, la grève des gardes sera maintenue aujourd’hui. Le délégué fait référence à la réunion interministérielle qui a été annoncée mercredi dernier, mais dont les décisions, qui permettraient la reprise des négociations avec les grévistes, n’ont pas été rendues publiques. Réuni samedi 26 mai à Constantine, le bureau national du Camra a annoncé la «reprise de la participation à l’activité de garde à partir du 3 juin, conditionnée par des négociations fructueuses avant cette date». Le collectif a affirmé vouloir faire valoir «l’esprit du dialogue qui permettrait une issue favorable à cette situation de grève». «Nous réaffirmons notre disponibilité à des négociations concrètes dans le cadre d’un dialogue sincère avec le ministère de la Santé ainsi que le ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur pour une solution satisfaisante de ce conflit», a indiqué le communiqué du Camra qui rappelle qu’il «n’a eu de cesse de maintenir les portes de la discussion et du dialogue ouvertes avec les tutelles concernées (Santé, Enseignement supérieur)». Les représentants des grévistes ont également affirmé leur disposition à aller vers la fin de leur grève «en cas de propositions satisfaisantes». Interrogé sur l’annonce du Camra, le ministre de la Santé, le Pr Mokhtar Hasbellaoui, a tenu des propos intrigants à la sortie d’une séance plénière consacrée à la présentation du projet de loi sur la santé devant le Sénat : «Je ne suis au courant de rien. Je suis coupé du monde.» A l’exception de la réunion présidée par Ahmed Ouyahia, les résidents qui espéraient l’ouverture rapide des négociations avec leurs tutelles (Santé, Enseignement supérieur) n’ont rien reçu de concret durant la semaine dernière.
