L'appel à la constitution d’une force armée est, selon Ferhat Mehenni, «une nouvelle étape de la démarche et du processus de conquête de l’indépendance de la Kabylie». Nouvelle sortie surprenante de Ferhat Mehenni. A partir de Londres, où il a animé une conférence de presse lundi dernier, il appelle ouvertement à la mise en place d’un «corps de contrainte» et «de sécurité» en Kabylie. «Pour que cette indépendance devienne réalité, j’appelle la Kabylie, j’appelle le peuple kabyle, à accepter de bonne grâce et en toute conscience la mise sur pied d’un corps de contrainte, d’une organisation de sécurité de la Kabylie», lance-t-il, en faisant référence à l’appel du 18 juin 1940 du général de Gaulle, lors de la Deuxième Guerre mondiale. Poursuivant, Ferhat Mehenni appelle aussi «la jeunesse à s’engager dans ce corps de contrainte et ce corps de sécurité». Cet appel à la constitution d’une force armée est, selon lui, «une nouvelle étape de la démarche et du processus de conquête de l’indépendance de la Kabylie». «Pour cet objectif, le pouvoir algérien fera tout pour m’éliminer, de préférence politiquement, mais surtout, mais aussi, physiquement», estime-t-il. Pourquoi a-t-il décidé de passer à une étape supérieure dans la radicalité ? Est-il manipulé par des officines occultes, d’ici ou d’ailleurs, pour mettre, une nouvelle fois, la Kabylie dans un brasier dévastateur ? Qui veut une nouvelle tragédie et pour quel but ? En tout cas, cette sortie a surpris plus d’un, d’autant que le mouvement lancé, dans la foulée des événements du Printemps noir en 2001, s’est inscrit dans le combat pacifique. Cet appel suscite déjà l’indignation du Rassemblement pour la Kabylie (RPK). Ce mouvement mis en place par d’anciens du MAK, appelle «tous les militants, toutes tendances confondues, à faire preuve de vigilance». «Il y a dans l’histoire des fautes politiques qui peuvent avoir pour conséquence la perte inutile de vies humaines. La Kabylie a trop versé de sang pour s’engager dans de nouveaux drames. Notre responsabilité à tous est de participer à les éviter et de travailler à la construction d’un projet fédérateur qui donne l’espoir à notre jeunesse», explique le RPK dans une déclaration rendue publique hier. Le bureau du RPK, lit-on dans le même document, considère que les propos de Ferhat Mehenni «sont d’une extrême gravité pour les passer, cette fois-ci, sous silence». «Son appel à la constitution de ''force de contraintes'' et de ''sécurité'' pour se substituer à l’autorité de l’Etat est de nature à ouvrir une brèche à la violence et déboucher à terme sur une guerre civile en Kabylie», indique le RPK, qui insiste sur la résistance pacifique. «Le combat des mouvements démocratiques a toujours été pacifique et a vocation à le demeurer ! Jeter la jeunesse kabyle dans une confrontation avec les services de sécurité, procède de l’abdication de toute responsabilité politique. C’est l’exposer à un affrontement sanglant pire que ce que nous avons vécu au cours des événements de 2001», souligne encore le RPK. Et d’ajouter : «S’engager sur le terrain de la violence, c’est offrir une aubaine aux clans du pouvoir dans leurs manœuvres de stigmatisation de la Kabylie à la veille de l’échéance présidentielle de 2019.» Rappelant le contexte régional marqué par la violence et la destruction, le RPK affirme que «la Kabylie a, comme toute société, besoin de vivre en paix et personne n’a le droit de remettre en cause cette profonde aspiration pour quelque intérêt ou objectif que ce soit».
